Germ Heaven

Those of you who have been reading my blog for awhile or maybe you have only read it a handful of times know that I am a pretty random person. Things get stuck in my head, and I just have to let them out!

There are two items you will NEVER find in my house

1. A mop

2. Sponges

You will never find those two items in my house why? Because they are CRAWLING with germs. Now the mop thing, I got it from my momma! (I got it from my momma!) She never used a mop in our house, ever. Now the kind of mop I am talking about looks somewhat like this:

My mom always got down on her hands and knees and hand-washed the floor.

Until now, she uses a steam mop. And today I decided I wanted one! I am sick of my little swiffer mop, I want a Shark! As of today I am going to start saving my money! I am sure that is what Reese wants for his Christmas present right? ;)

Mops and sponges freak me out, I feel like they are infested with germs and when someone uses them, germs are just having a hay day getting spread all around my kitchen floor, or my kitchen counters.

Sponges just sick me out, every time I see one I cringe a little, maybe that is why I never liked Spongebob growing up ;)

For those of you who use sponges in your kitchen, don't feel defensive! Because I am right, ;) sponges are disgusting, and so are mops. If you STILL don't believe me, check out this video (the guy is goofy, but his message is a good one)
