Death by Threading

Walking in the Gateway mall with my Fam ( Mom, Pops, Devin, and Reese (oh and my cousin Chris)) and I see a sign that says "THREADING--last longer than waxing" And it intrigued me, I asked my mom about it and she said it is so awesome that they remove your hair with thread. She suggested we try it, so while the boys went on we went into the little store where they "thread" your hair off. I had recently done my eyebrows, so I decided to do my upper lip(laugh all you want, but everyone has unwanted hair!)

So I sit down in this chair and a lady with very bushy eyebrows and lots of facial hair started "threading my hair" and oh my gosh, it hurt SO bad! My eyes were crying! It would have felt better if I plucked each hair individually. I had to stop her a few times to take a break because let me tell you, it was 15 minutes of PURE torture! No wonder the lady did it had bushy eyebrows, she knew how much it hurts! (she is the smart one!) After seeing me in pain- my mom opted not to do it.

This girl is all calm...it is all LIES!!

So if you see a little kiosk in a mall advertising "threading" JUST RUN! (if you are interested--just youtube it. It is better to see others in pain thank yourself ;) It is so not worth it, waxing is a MILLION times better!!
