Reese and I have been looking for an addition to our living room, a cool vase. We have been on the hunt, but no luck. On our hot date last night (we ate at Texas Roadhouse.) we decided to stop by Ross and look for a vase. Well I found the vase I wanted, but unfortunately...it was in some lady's cart already. I thought there might be another like it, because you never know, so I decided to ask her where in the store she found it because I LOVED IT. So I politely asked her, I expected her to be nice but instead she snapped at me. She was quick to say she just found it somewhere in the store and it was the ONLY one. She was such a diva, she was shopping their with her friend and their husbands, and they were DRAMA QUEENS. They were shoving everything they remotely liked into their carts. Well shortly after I asked Mrs. Diva where she found the vase, I overheard her talking to her husband, and he husband was no in favor of buying this vase. Reese and I decided to stick around to see if she actually bought it.
Well we waited and waited, and at one point I heard her tell her husband, "some lady has an eagle on this(referring to the vase)" But they were taking forever so Reese and I went and parked the car where we could see them coming out of the store.
About 5 minutes later, the divas came out and they had a lot of crap in their hands, but NO big vase. I was thrilled. We waited until they drove away and we went back into Ross. I searched and searched for the vase but couldn't find it. And bad news, the store was closing in ten minutes.
As I was searching, I heard Reese an isle over say, "here it is!" I went into the isle he was in and saw one of the store clerks with it. She then told us she found it stuffed under a shelf. That diva had HID it! She wanted to get it, just so I couldn't have it! It was a competition to her, But guess what....
I won !!! :)
